Yafit Cohn

Yafit Cohn is the Director at Society for Corporate Governance. Yafit has also worked as Counsel for the Public Company Advisory Practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from January 2017 to September 2017. Yafit is experienced in spearheading annual sustainability reporting and regularly engaging with investors and other stakeholders on a variety of ESG topics relevant to their company. Yafit is also skilled in chairing a multi-disciplinary management-level ESG committee and driving the prioritization and management of sustainability issues. Yafit has also testified before the SEC's Investor Advisory Committee and before the SEC's Asset Management Advisory Committee with respect to management of ESG issues and sustainability reporting.

Yafit Cohn graduated from Columbia Law School, where they were a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. Yafit also holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Columbia College (NY).
