Laszlo Gonc

Laszlo Gonc, CISSP, QTE, is the Founder, CEO, and CISO of Next Era Transformation Group, established in 2017, where the focus is on digital risk governance and building cyber resilience frameworks. Additionally, Laszlo has served on the Technology and Innovation Advisory Board Council at Herzing University since 2024, acts as a Practicing Chief Information Security Officer for a large entity, and is a Founding Member and Senior Fellow at DivIHN Integration Inc. Laszlo is involved with the CIO Whisperers Podcast as an Ambassador, and participates as a member of the Private Directors Association® and the Digital Directors Network. Laszlo also provides consulting and cybersecurity advisory services for Strategic Aerospace & Defense Advisors (STRADA) and co-founded the National DigiRisk Special Interest Group within the Society for Information Management. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Service Sector Business Management & Administration from DePaul University.
