Lawrence Casey

Lawrence Casey has a diverse work experience in the information technology field. Lawrence has served as the Manager of Information Security and Risk at True Manufacturing since 2014. Lawrence also held the role of St. Louis Chapter Past President at the Society for Information Management and was an Event Board Member and 2012 Event Chair at Gateway to Innovation. Lawrence worked as the Manager of IT Operations and Infrastructure at DataServ from January 2014 to August 2014. Prior to that, Lawrence was the Senior Manager of Information Technology at Ralcorp Holdings from May 2002 to January 2014. Lawrence started their career at Spherion Technology as a Managing Consultant from 1998 to 2002 and at Boeing as a Senior Specialist Engineering Automation from 1985 to 1998. Lawrence also worked at the US Navy - China Lake Naval Weapons Center as a Junior Professional from 1984 to 1985.

Lawrence Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aeronautics and Mathematics from Miami University, which they completed between 1980 and 1984. Lawrence later pursued a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning the degree between 1985 and 1989. Aside from their formal education, Lawrence Casey has also obtained additional certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager from ISACA and ITIL Foundations v3 from EXIN, both obtained in 2011.
