Heather McCain

Heather McCain is a Project Support Analyst at Southern Company since April 2021. Prior to this, Heather has held various roles such as Contract Technical Writer at Doozer Software, Independent Contractor at THING TECHNOLOGIES, and Information Manager at Z3 Dataworks, LLC. With a background in technical writing and market research, Heather has experience in editing documentation for medical infrastructure solutions in the military community and performing regression testing for Internet of Things software. Heather has also been actively involved in the Society for Technical Communication, serving in various leadership roles and coordinating online meetings. Heather holds a BA in English from Texas A&M University and an MA in Communication Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word.
