Paula Robertson

Paula Robertson is a seasoned technical writer and editor with extensive experience since 2000 in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Paula owns FineLines and serves as an Associate Fellow at the Society for Technical Communication, contributing to STC Intercom magazine and participating in industry panels. At Project Lead The Way, Paula is the Managing Editor responsible for the quality of content in 80 educational product suites. Previous positions include Sr. Technical Writer/Editor at Lockheed Martin, where Paula contributed to a major rewrite of the F-35 Supply Chain Management User Guide, and consulting roles at Alcon Laboratories and Huawei, focusing on aligning IT standards and ensuring localization, respectively. Additional experiences encompass roles at organizations such as American Airlines and Revenue Technology Services, where Paula honed skills in documentation and training materials development. Paula holds a cum laude BFA in Design from The University of Georgia.
