Karen Montanholi

Karen Montanholi is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and human resources in Brazil. Since September 2018, Karen has held various senior roles at Natrio, including Head of Corporate Governance, Compliance, and HR, and has also served as Interim Head of Corporate Communications. Current involvement includes being a member at ICRio | Instituto Compliance Rio since May 2023. Prior roles encompass Legal Counsel positions at Autoneum and SCS Comercial e Serviços Químicos Ltda., as well as multiple internships in legal settings. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and a Master of Laws in Direito Corporativo from Ibmec, complemented by several extension courses in legal management, compliance, and corporate law.
