Diane Byrum RN MSN CCRN CCNS FCCM has extensive experience in critical care nursing and quality implementation programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Implementation Programs at the Society of Critical Care Medicine since December 2014, Diane has also held the position of Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist at Novant Health since 2007, and at Carolinas Healthcare System from 2004 to 2007. Diane holds a Master’s degree in Critical Care Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1993-1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UNC-Charlotte (1982-1985). Formal education began at Ashbrook High School (1969-1971).
