Ryan Tunkel

Ryan Tunkel currently serves as a Project Coordinator at SFPE since March 2020 and an Admissions and Communications Manager at Georgetown University since October 2019. At Georgetown University, responsibilities include recruitment, admissions, event logistics, and communications for the Communication, Culture, and Technology Program. Additionally, Ryan has held the position of Assistant Director of Admissions at The George Washington University since December 2017, where contributions focus on student recruitment and application processing. Ryan's tenure at The George Washington University dates back to September 2013, starting as an Admissions Counselor, providing first-line support to prospective applicants. Since 2011, Ryan has also been involved with the National College Advising Corps as a College Adviser, fostering a college-going culture in various school communities. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Gettysburg College.
