Randy Brown

Randy Brown is an experienced professional in the plastics industry with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at IPPI since August 2018, Randy has contributed significantly to the Vinyl Division of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) as a Board member since 1976, focusing on promoting education and member services. Prior roles include Research Leader at SEKISUI SPI, where Randy managed the development of specialized PVC products, and NPD Manager at Barrette Outdoor Living, responsible for introducing new products and novel color technology. Additional experience includes a directorial position in material development at Milgard Windows & Doors, technical direction at Crane Plastics, and earlier consulting work at IPPI. Randy's academic background includes a Master of Science in Polymer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron.
