Shu-Ching Chang

Shu-Ching Chang is a Principal Biostatistician at Edwards Lifesciences since April 2023, following a tenure as a Senior Biostatistician at Providence Health & Services from September 2015 to March 2023. At Providence Health & Services, Shu-Ching led collaborative biostatistical projects, developed methodologies for medical research, conducted quantitative data analyses, and contributed to numerous clinical projects including grant submissions and peer-reviewed publications. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, where Shu-Ching focused on high-dimensional data and machine learning methodologies for genetic studies, as well as research and teaching roles at the University of Iowa, Academia Sinica, and National Chiao Tung University. Educational credentials include a PhD and MS in Statistics from the University of Iowa and two MS degrees and a BS in Applied Mathematics from National Chiao Tung University.
