Connie King holds a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and advanced degrees in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University. With extensive experience in environmental law, Connie King has served as the owner and environmental attorney at the Law Firm of Connie H. King, LLC since 2006, after previous roles as a partner and senior environmental attorney at various firms. Leadership roles include serving as Treasurer and President of the Pikes Peak Section of the Society of Women Engineers, Treasurer of the El Paso County Chapter of the Colorado Women's Bar Association, and President of the NSPE-CO-Pikes Peak Chapter. Connie King’s early career includes positions as a Senior Environmental Engineer with Eastman Kodak and an Environmental Engineer with ExxonMobil.
