Sonia Ohashi

Sonia Ohashi is a Project Manager of Sustainability at SOCOTEC USA since January 2023, previously serving as a Senior Sustainability Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as a Sustainability Consultant at Conservice ESG from May 2021 to January 2023 and as an Environmental Scientist at Specialty Consulting, Inc. from April 2019 to May 2021. In the latter position, Sonia worked on projects meeting environmental regulatory requirements for clients such as Commonwealth Edison, IDOT, and Chicago Public Schools, focusing on soil management plans and environmental waste characterization. Earlier experience includes a role as a Field Data Technician at GSG Consultants, Inc. Sonia holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Loyola University Chicago, where involvement included serving as Chapter President for Delta Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. Additionally, Sonia has pursued further education at the Newman Institute since 2017.
