Rhonda Orman, PMP has worked in the field of project management since 2007. Rhonda began their career as an HR Trainer in the Human Resources Department of KCTCS, where they managed communication plans for change initiatives and designed, developed, and facilitated numerous training sessions. In 2017, they moved to Equian as a Sr. Training and Talent Development Specialist, where they served as a Project Manager for the implementation of an enterprise-wide AI tool and migration to a new LMS for the training department. In 2019, they joined Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation as a Corporate Learning and Development Specialist, developing an enterprise-wide e-learning CSR training program for 21 branches in 17 states. Currently, Rhonda is the Sr. Director and Director of Content Services at Socrates AI, where they are managing the client implementation and onboarding process, including project management, content ingestion process, UAT, communication strategies, and hyper care period following Go Live.
Rhonda Orman has a Master's Degree in Human Resoures and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, obtained in 2014. Rhonda also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Studies with a Minor in Communications from the University of Louisville, obtained in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2016, a Change Management certification from Prosci in 2016, a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2014, and a Master Trainer certification from ATD in 2014.
