Rick Carter

Rick Carter is an accomplished Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in network operations and engineering across multiple organizations. At Soda since April 2024, Rick continues to leverage a deep knowledge of network management. Previously, as Head of Networks at Swoop and Superloop, Rick oversaw day-to-day operations of network assets, led integration efforts post-acquisitions, and worked closely with commercial teams to develop new products. Prior roles include GM Network Engineering at Vocus Communications, where Rick was responsible for the design and maintenance of an international network, and various engineering positions at Soul, Unwired Australia, and COMindico, all contributing to a robust skill set in network design, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
