Jack Drury is currently the Head of People & Talent at Soda, where Jack ensures that the company is well-equipped to meet its goals while emphasizing fairness. Prior to their current role, Jack worked at Erevena as a Principal, focusing on executive search and advisory in early-stage hyper-growth tech. Jack also worked at GRG Executive Search as a Consultant, where Jack worked with various tech companies. Jack holds a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
