Emilie Mezi-Gautier's education history began in 2001 when they attended Lycée Thiers and obtained a degree in Hypokhâgne A/L in French Language and Literature. From 2003 to 2007, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Law at Aix-Marseille University. In 2007, Emilie earned a Masters degree in business law from The University of Sheffield. Emilie furthered their education by completing a Master's degree (M2) in Institut de Formation Universitaire du Transport Aérien (IFURTA) at Université Paul Cézanne from 2008 to 2009, specializing in Law - air transportation master. Finally, in 2010-2011, Emilie attended McGill University and obtained an LLM degree in Air and Space Law.
