Andy Malik

Andy Malik currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Sodexo, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Andy was Senior Vice President at Comfort Keepers from 2021 to 2023, where leadership across over 105 territories enhanced senior care services, reduced staff turnover through training initiatives, and achieved 12% revenue growth through strategic marketing. Prior to that, Andy held the role of Regional Vice President at Sodexo from 2012 to 2021, leading West Coast healthcare operations and emphasizing team development, which improved client advisory capabilities and facilitated cross-sales. From 2008 to September 2012, Andy led financial retail operations as Regional Vice President at Dollar Financial Money Mart, driving successful marketing strategies that resulted in a 5% annual revenue growth and earned recognition as “Regional Vice President of the Year” in FY2010. Andy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from Kotkapuram College in India, completed from 1991 to 1994.
