Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett possesses extensive experience in the correctional and business improvement sectors, currently serving as Head of Business Improvement and Deputy Director at Sodexo since June 2014. Prior to this role, Mark served in various capacities at HM Prison Service from 1989 to 2014, including positions such as Deputy Governor and Regional Operations Manager. Mark demonstrated a strong ability to improve operational efficiency and resource management, particularly during a deployment to HMP Onley where performance improvements and cost savings were prioritized. Additionally, Mark held the position of Operational Contract Manager at the UK Ministry of Justice, overseeing significant contracts while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
