Agathe Eynard

Agathe Eynard is a dedicated human resources professional with substantial experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Chargée de développement RH at SODIMAS since January 2023, Agathe focuses on competency development, annual performance evaluations, and managing the HRIS. Previous experience includes a role at Ing’europ and an extensive tenure at SNCF, where responsibilities encompassed training management for 3,000 agents and supporting senior leadership in their training pathways. Agathe has also held positions in labor mobility processes and recruitment at SNCF and gained foundational experience through internships. Agathe holds multiple degrees in Human Resources Management and Law from INSEEC and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and is proficient in various HR software, including Office 365 and HRA.
