Ebba Söderquist Määttä

Ebba S is a co-owner of Punch List Consulting and Punch List Products, both of which are Black and Queer-owned entities dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the construction industry. With extensive experience in various roles, including Data & Web Technician, Workforce Coordinator, and Co-Chair of the Tradeswomen Council at Chicago Women in Trades, Ebba S actively contributes to workforce development and community advocacy. As a co-founder of the Chicago Sisterhood of Carpenters, Ebba S has played a significant role in union representation. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from Chatham University and certificates in Manufacturing Business Startup and Software Engineering.
