Regis Lemes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Regis is currently a member of the Board Club, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the LATAM CEO at Sodrugestvo from March 2021. From 2015 to 2021, Regis was the CEO of Sarcom - South American River Company S.A. and Sodrugestvo Paraguay S.A. During their tenure at Aliança Agrícola do Cerrado S.A. - Sodrugestvo Group from 2012 to 2014, they held the position of CFO. Regis also worked as a Financial Manager at Samarco from 2008 to 2012 and as a Financial and Administrative Manager at ABC INCO S.A. from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they served as a Finance Manager at Peixoto Com Ind Serv e Transp Ltda. from 2002 to 2003. Regis'searly career includes roles as a Finance Specialist at Alcatel Telecomunicações S.A. from 1997 to 2001 and as a Finance Planning, Credit and Billing Coordinator at Alcoa Alumínio S.A. - Divisão TendTudo from 1994 to 1997.

Regis Lemes has a diverse education history that spans multiple institutions and fields of study. Starting in 1990, they pursued a degree in Administration of Companies at Faculdades Tibiriça - São Paulo, which they completed in 1995.

After completing their undergraduate degree, they continued their education by obtaining a Post-graduation degree in Finance from Universidade Paulista in 1998. Following this, in 1999, they pursued an MBA in Corporate Finance at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

In 2003, Regis pursued a Pós-graduação degree in MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Regis furthered their education in 2004 by studying Financial Analysis and Investment Management at the University of Toronto.

In 2010, Regis pursued another MBA degree, this time in Executivo, from Fundação Dom Cabral. In 2013, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they completed a Post-MBA program with a focus on Management and Strategy.

Regis then pursued an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in 2018, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management.

Alongside their formal education, Regis also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Notable certifications include "Formação para Conselheiros" from Fundação Getulio Vargas in November 2021, and certifications from LinkedIn on topics such as Body Language for Leaders, Improving Your Memory, Strategic Thinking, Developing a Competitive Strategy, Coaching and Developing Employees, Conflict Resolution Foundations, and Negotiation Foundations.
