Isabel Houghton

Isabel Houghton has worked for several organizations since 2011. Isabel began as a student employee at Moffitt Library, UC Berkeley in 2011. In 2012, they became a Research Assistant at UC Berkeley. In 2013, they were an Undergraduate Researcher at UC Berkeley and a Research Assistant at the Geophysical Institute, University of Alaska. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Graduate Researcher at Stanford University. In 2019, they became a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Data Institute, University of San Francisco. Currently, they are a Data Scientist at Sofar Ocean Technologies.

Isabel Houghton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley between 2011 and 2015. Isabel then went on to Stanford University where they obtained a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering between 2015 and 2017, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Engineering between 2015 and 2019.
