Joerik Minnebo

Joerik Minnebo is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in asset integrity and mooring systems. As the Lead Asset Integrity Engineer at SOFEC, Inc. since March 2012, Joerik Minnebo has spearheaded a team focused on developing inspection methodologies and operating manuals for EPC projects while prioritizing digitalization through condition monitoring and advanced analytics. Prior roles include Mooring Engineer and Research Engineer at SOFEC, where expertise was gained in mooring system installation, maintenance, hydrodynamic analysis, and model testing. Educational credentials include an MSc in Offshore Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. Early career experiences include internships at Subsea 7 and Royal IHC, as well as various part-time jobs enhancing practical engineering skills.
