Rick Caudill

Rick Caudill is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in strategic initiatives and human resources. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategic Operations Initiatives at SoFi since March 2020, Rick has held various leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Sr. Vice President at Recycle Track Systems and roles at Salary Finance and Pakems. With significant tenure at Bank of America, including positions as SVP and Vice President, Rick has developed expertise in product management, operations, and change management. Educationally, Rick is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University, having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts/Art History from the same institution.
