Steven Sherman

Steven Sherman currently serves as Vice President of Risk for Money, Card, Investment Products, and Fraud at SoFi since April 2024. Additionally, Steven has held the position of Head of Risk at Acorns since August 2019. Prior experience includes a long tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from February 1999 to August 2019, where Steven progressed through various roles, culminating as a Risk Managing Director and holding leadership positions in credit and debit card fraud and authorizations. Earlier in Steven's career, roles included positions at AT&T (Citibank) Universal Card as an analyst and various roles in marketing and risk management at JPMorgan. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Florida, earned between 1993 and 1997.
