Steffen Tallieu

Steffen Tallieu has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Steffen is currently the VP Solutions at Sofico, where they lead a team responsible for product strategy, management, architecture, design, delivery, hosting, and application management. Steffen is a member of the management team, reporting to the CEO and CTO. Before joining Sofico, they founded Esculon, a practice management solution for osteopaths and healthcare providers. The digital application developed by Esculon is used by over 100 practices in Europe. Steffen also has experience at Showpad, where they served as the Director of Product & Engineering, Platform, and held other roles such as Group Product Manager and Head of Data and Integrations. Prior to Showpad, they co-founded Sparble, an HR solution that focuses on improving team experiences at work. Steffen started their career as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and later worked as a Visiting Associate at the same company.

Steffen Tallieu received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering Physics from Universiteit Gent in the years 2007 to 2010. Steffen then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Physics from the same university from 2010 to 2012. Before attending university, Steffen completed their secondary education at Sint-Aloysiuscollege Diksmuide, where they focused on Sciences - Maths (8h). In terms of additional certifications, Steffen received the Open, Honest, and Direct Certified Leader (Level 1) from Raise The Bar Consulting, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
