Melissa Belo

Melissa Belo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Melissa began their career as a Legal Intern at Collarini-Avocats à la Cour in 2016. Melissa then worked as a Legal Intern at Mrejen-Guillot in Paris in 2017. Later in the same year, they had two consecutive roles as a Legal Intern at Arendt & Medernach, focusing on Private Equity and Real Estate Investments.

In 2018, Melissa took on the role of a Legal Intern at Elvinger Hoss Prussen, specializing in Investment Funds. Melissa also gained experience as an Intern at the Luxembourg Trade & Investment Office in New York.

In 2019, Melissa became a Student Adviser at qLegal and an Avocat à la Cour - Associate at Arendt & Medernach. Melissa continued in the latter role until 2023.

Melissa's most recent position is as an Associate Legal Counsel at Sofina, starting in June 2023.

Melissa Belo completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in the years 2013 to 2016. Melissa then pursued further studies and obtained a Master 1 degree in Business Law from the same university from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, in 2018 to 2019, Melissa attended Queen Mary University of London, where they earned a Master of Laws - LLM degree with a specialization in International Business Law.
