Savina Rangelova

Savina Rangelova is an experienced Project Manager at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, having held this position since June 2006. Prior to this role, Savina served as a State Expert at MRDPW from 2006 to 2010. Savina holds an MS in Engineering, specializing in Water and Environment, from Universitet po Arhitektura, Stroitelstvo i Geodezia, where education was completed between 1982 and 1987. Additionally, Savina has completed education at ELS Russe.
