Patryk Smandzich

Patryk Smandzich has work experience as a QA Automation Engineer at Soflab Technology Sp. z o.o. from September 2020 to the present. In this role, they are responsible for creating and executing automated tests using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java. Patryk also uses Azure DevOps, Selenium Docker Grid, Gherkin, and JUnit.

Prior to this, Patryk worked as a Junior QA Automation Engineer at Soflab Technology Sp. z o.o. from June 2021 to now.

Before joining Soflab Technology Sp. z o.o., Patryk was an Automated Test Engineer at TENSOFT sp. z o.o. from July 2018 to August 2020. In this position, they used Selenium and Java for automated testing, employing the Page Object Model and Page Factory. Patryk utilized tools such as Apache Maven, TestNG, ExtentReports, Jenkins, and TestLink.

Patryk Smandzich completed their education at various institutions over the years. Patryk obtained a Master of Science degree from Politechnika Opolska, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the same university from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, in 2017, Patryk attended Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart for a short period of time. Apart from their formal education, they also obtained certifications in different fields. In 2021, they completed the "Docker Mastery: with Kubernetes +Swarm from a Docker Captain" course from Udemy. Furthermore, in 2017, Patryk received a certificate in German language proficiency, achieving a C1 level, from VESPA - Verbund für Sprachenangelegenheiten der Hochschulen Stuttgarts.
