Ala Awad

Ala Awad, PMP, is a seasoned IT manager and consultant with extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager/Consultant at Sofrecom since June 2008, Ala focuses on BSS & OSS, project management, IT transformation, and consultation across various international projects. Previous roles include Billing & Business Development Manager at kulacom Jordan, where Ala managed multiple sections in IT and billing, and Senior Billing Analyst at Batelco Jordan. Ala's career began at Jordan Telecom, progressing through several positions related to functional support. Ala holds a Bachelor's Degree in IT from Arab Open University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Al-Andalus College.
