Rachael Hutchinson

Rachael Hutchinson is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Operations at Softchoice since November 2020, having previously worked as an Order Management Associate and Brand Ambassador. Prior experience includes training airport agents as a Sales Trainer for Air Canada, along with roles as a Customer Sales and Service Representative. Rachael held leadership positions in the Arts and Science Federation of Associations and contributed significantly to various committees. Earlier career experience includes work in sales at Indigo and teaching English and French at the Montreal Chinese School. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Irish Studies and Linguistics from Concordia University.
