Sara Lockhart is an experienced leader in people development and organizational culture, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Softchoice since October 2019. Prior roles include Senior Director of Learning, Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Talent Acquisition, where Sara led various strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster inclusivity. Previous experience at Bell as Director, Learning, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion involved supporting over 50,000 employees with corporate learning and diversity initiatives. Sara's lengthy tenure at CIBC spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included leading talent development, enhancing client experience through learning strategies, and managing teams dedicated to learning delivery across multiple business lines.
