Jason Schafer

Jason Schafer has a solid background in library and information management. Jason began their career at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, where they transformed the library into a modern media center and oversaw the development of innovative educational projects. Jason then joined the Cleveland Museum of Art as a Senior Technical Services Librarian, where they managed projects, supervised staff, and handled administrative duties. Following that, Jason worked as a Digital Services and Instruction Librarian at Hiram College, where they redesigned the library website, managed electronic resources, and provided instruction on their use. Currently, they are working at Softdocs as a Business Solutions Consultant, ensuring client success and partnering with project managers and technical solutions consultants on software implementation. Overall, Jason's experience demonstrates their expertise in library services, project management, and client relations.

Jason Schafer has a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree from Kent State University, which they obtained in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature, General from Northern Kentucky University in 1998.
