Hemal J.

Hemal J. has an extensive work experience in the IT industry. Hemal started their career as a Database Manager at the University of Denver in 1986 and then moved on to become the Information Technology Director at CoorsTek from 1989 to 1992. Following that, they joined Oracle as a Sr. Principal Consultant in 1992 and then joined Echostar Corp. as the Chief Information Officer from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, Hemal founded Softec Solutions, a leading IT staffing solutions and services company based in Denver, where they serve as the Founder and CEO. Additionally, they have also been a Board Member at Open World Learning, a non-profit organization supporting children's school success through digital technology and peer teaching, from 2012 to 2015.

Hemal J. pursued higher education by earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Denver between 1982 and 1986. Later, from 1987 to 1989, Hemal completed a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Information Systems at the same institution.
