Samit Sawant

Samit Sawant has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Samit started their career at Raymond Limited as a Developer Analyst/Asst Sybase DBA, where they designed and developed production planning and tracking systems. Samit then worked at Polaris Software Lab, providing Sybase and MSSQL-Server Database administration support to Citigroup. Samit joined Morgan Stanley as a Senior Database Administrator, and later moved to UBS AG, where they played a critical role in transitioning the Database Service Delivery team to a centralized support model.

At Cognizant Technology Solutions, Samit served as an Associate Director, Delivery Director, CIS, LS&HC BU, and was responsible for the growth and success of a fast-growing healthcare account. Samit then returned to UBS AG as a Director, Infrastructure Services before joining Softenger India Pvt Ltd as a Director, Automation Solutions. Samit is currently working as a Director at Softenger. Throughout their career, Samit has demonstrated strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in ITIL service management and database administration.

From 1996 to 1999, Samit Sawant attended the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics.
