Andrei Katalkin

Andrei Katalkin possesses extensive experience in software engineering and project management across various roles in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Softeq since April 2015, Andrei facilitates communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, contributes to RFX activities, and holds previous positions including Resource Manager, Unit Lead, and Lead Software Engineer, where responsibilities included managing team processes, evaluating candidates, and maintaining project technical visions. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer at ASBIS, where large-scale projects were led and technical strategies established, and as Software Engineer at Concept Soft, focusing on design and architecture of software solutions. Early in a career as a Junior Software Engineer at Envisionext, Andrei gained foundational skills in coding and collaboration.
