Rebecka Lindhe has a diverse work background spanning various industries. Rebecka is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Softhouse, where they oversee the Brand & Culture department, including marketing, communication, employee journey, and the academy. Prior to this role, they worked on a brand transformation project at Softhouse, focusing on changing and transforming the perception of the brand and creating a new brand journey.

Before joining Softhouse, Rebecka worked as a project manager at Go Happi, where they managed projects related to digital content, branding, print, and events. Rebecka also worked as a mentee in the international business mentorship program at the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York, where they gained valuable experience in building close relationships and connecting with experienced mentors.

Rebecka also served as the Group Communication Manager at IST Group, where they played a key role in change management, creating a strong company culture, and defining marketing communication strategies. Rebecka founded Spotafakebag.com, an information site focused on helping consumers spot the difference between authentic and counterfeit bags. Additionally, they founded and served as the CEO of FRECK AB, a company involved in an undisclosed field.

Rebecka's experience also includes participating in IKEA's leadership program called Aspiranten and working as a sales co-worker in the local marketing team at IKEA Älmhult. Rebecka has held social marketing and content manager roles at Shopit, where they focused on brand development and marketing platforms.
