José Ataíde

José Ataíde is a highly experienced professional specializing in sustainable business development and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Sustainable Business Development at Softinsa since March 2021, José leads the definition and deployment of a Nearshore Innovation Center, emphasizing sustainability and innovation. As a Special Advisor, José fosters sustainable practices across private and public entities through an integrated management and technology approach. Previously, José held various influential roles at The Navigator Company from 1988 to 2020, including Advisor to the Board for Industry 4.0, Corporate Director for Sustainability, and Research Director, where significant contributions were made to digital transformation and sustainable initiatives. Additionally, José has represented the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and served as a professor at the University of Coimbra. José holds degrees in Chemical Engineering, Project Management, and has completed an Effective Leadership Program at Nova School of Business and Economics.
