Sanjeewa Molagoda

Sanjeewa Molagoda has a strong work experience in various roles and industries. Sanjeewa started their career in 2008 as a Senior Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and worked there until 2012. In 2013, they moved to Richard Pieris & Company PLC, where they worked as an Assistant Manager until 2018. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Softlogic Retail Holdings (pvt) Ltd as a Manager Human Capital Administration. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager - Human Resources at Softlogic Life, starting from April 2023.

Sanjeewa Molagoda received a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from The University of Salford from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services at the National School of Business Management in Sri Lanka from 2014 to 2015. Sanjeewa also holds a Management Diploma in Front Office Operations from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. Their earliest educational experience was at Kingswood College from 1990 to 1998, but no degree or field of study was specified during that time.
