Amila Čiva

Amila Čiva has experience working as an IT Project Manager at Softray Solutions LLC since December 2016. Prior to that, they worked at ENIT as a Lead Technical Writer and QA Analyst from April 2014 to December 2016, and as a Technical Writer from September 2013 to April 2014.

Amila Čiva completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature in 2012 from the English Department at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo. Amila then pursued a Master's Degree in Translation Studies, specializing in Language Interpretation and Translation, from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo, which they obtained in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Amila has obtained various certifications, including the "Certificate in Conference/Simultaneous Interpretation" from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo in 2014, the "Professional Scrum Master" certification from Scrum.org in 2020, and the "Professional Scrum Product Owner" certification from Scrum.org in 2022.
