Claudia Hernandez

Claudia Hernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and project delivery across various tech companies. Currently serving as a Talent Success Lead and People Manager at SoftServe since June 2022, Claudia is responsible for guiding employee career development and managing talent pools. Previously, at HP from March 2017 to June 2022, Claudia held multiple roles including Scrum Master, Program Manager, and Sr Program/Project Manager, leading complex ERP transformation projects and facilitating key Scrum ceremonies. Claudia also contributed to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Release Manager and Project Manager from May 2007 to March 2017, and began a career at IBM as a Team Lead and Functional Tester from February 2001 to May 2007. Claudia earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Guadalajara.
