Efim Kogan

Efim Kogan is an accomplished professional with a robust background in leadership and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Managing Director at 3k Plus since January 2022, Efim also co-founded SoftSmile, where the role of Chief Operating Officer has been held since January 2019. Previously, Efim acted as a Strategic Advisor for Real Estate IH from September 2014 to December 2017, contributing valuable insights and strategies to the organization.
