Katherine Verzhbalovich

Katherine Verzhbalovich has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Katherine is currently employed as the Head of Talent Development & Culture at SOFTSWISS since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Godel Technologies Europe from July 2021 to May 2022.

Before that, Katherine was the Learning and Development Manager at Flo Health Inc. from December 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they created a learning system to enhance employees' professional development and managed internal and external learning programs.

From April 2019 to December 2020, Katherine worked as an Education Manager at Godel Technologies Europe. In this position, they developed learning strategies, coordinated educational activities, and designed and delivered learning solutions for the company.

Katherine also gained valuable experience at Wargaming.net, where they held multiple roles. From March 2016 to April 2019, they worked as a Business Trainer/L&D Manager, focusing on content design and delivery. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR Manager and HR Manager, assisting new employees during onboarding and supporting team leads during the review process.

Katherine began their career at EPAM Systems as an HR Business Partner Assistant and Corporate Recruiter, and also worked as a Translator (Spanish) at Belorussian State University.
