Higor Gimenes

Higor Gimenes has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several different companies. Higor started their career at IBM in 1997, where they worked as a Skills Resource Planner for 17 years. Higor'srole involved managing service levels and implementing ITIL processes and IT governance.

In 2013, Higor became the Director Presidente at CNT Recrutamento, a position they continue to hold. Higor is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and making strategic decisions.

Higor also worked at Microsoft from 2016 to 2017 as a Microsoft Technical Audience Contributor (MTAC). In this role, they engaged with the technical community through presentations and content creation related to the .NET platform and software development.

From 2007 to 2016, Higor worked at Faculdade Metrocamp I DeVry in various roles. Higor was the Coordinator of MBA's and Post-Graduation, where they managed 19 courses in the technology field. Higor was responsible for hiring and managing professors, addressing student issues, and administering the courses. Additionally, Higor was a Professor of Post-Graduation during this time, teaching a wide range of subjects related to project management, strategy, leadership, and more.

Most recently, Higor is the CEO of SoftVision, a position they have held since 2017. As the CEO, they plan, organizes, and controls the activities of various areas within the company. Higor is responsible for financial and administrative resource management, as well as the development of strategic plans and evaluation of new investments and business opportunities.

Higor Gimenes has a diverse education history. Higor obtained a Mestre em Administração (Master's degree in Business Administration) with a focus on Estrategia de Negocio (Business Strategy) from UNIFACCAMP Centro Universitário Campo Limpo Paulista, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Pós Graduação (Postgraduate degree) in Análise de Sistemas de Computação (Computer Systems Analysis) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 2002 to 2003. Higor'sundergraduate degree in Ciências da Computação (Computer Science) was earned from Anhanguera Educacional, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Higor also possesses several certifications. Higor obtained a Lean Seis Sigma White Belt certification from FM2S Treinamentos e Desenvolvimento Profissional e Gerencial Ltda. in July 2020. In April 2020, they obtained the LGPD Essentials certification from TIexames. Furthermore, Higor obtained certifications in Gestão de Desempenho e suas Tendências (Performance Management and its Trends) and Introdução à OKRs (Introduction to OKRs) from Qulture.Rocks Brasil in March 2020. Higor also holds a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf that they obtained in March 2019. Other certifications include Management 3.0 Certificate of Attendance from Happy Melly One in March 2018, PPC - Personal & Professional Coach e Leader as Coach from Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching in January 2016, ITIL Foundation from EXIN your ICT competence partner in January 2011, and a Certified ScrumMaster® certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2018.
