Chris Arnold

Chris Arnold has extensive experience in quality assurance and training, currently serving as the Quality Assurance & Training Manager at Software Advice since February 2014. In this role, Chris ensures the quality of written leads and advisor call quality while collaborating with client services and business development teams to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue. Previously, Chris held the position of Office Manager at the Texas Music Teachers Association from June 2008 to July 2012, overseeing daily operations and managing exhibitor advertising for an annual state convention. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Band Director at Leander ISD from July 2006 to June 2008, where responsibilities included planning music rehearsals for a large program. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Baylor University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
