Fabien Sanglier

Fabien Sanglier has a strong background in IT and has held various roles throughout their career. Fabien is currently working as the Chief Solutions Architect at Software AG Government Solutions since January 2013. In this role, they provide technical thought leadership to business leaders and is involved in coding and building solutions to complex problems. Fabien is responsible for finding and developing opportunities where Software AG's solutions and know-how can make a difference.

Prior to their current position, Sanglier worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Terracotta/Software AG starting from June 2012. Here, they supported technical pre-sales and post-sales activities related to Terracotta's In-Memory line of products. Fabien was also involved in Java development, software and enterprise architecture, concurrency, multi-threading, and JVM tuning.

Before that, Sanglier served as a Technical Consultant at Project Performance Corporation from October 2006 to June 2012. In this role, they were responsible for web application development, enterprise Portal/CMS platforms, and solution integrations. Fabien also conducted performance audits and improvements, implemented single sign-on solutions, and worked on monitoring strategies and virtual infrastructures.

Throughout their career, Sanglier has also held various consulting roles at other organizations, including Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, MedImmune, Safeco Ins. Co., Liberty Mutual, Tufts Health Plan, and Smart Systems for Health Agency. In these roles, they focused on program management, solution architecture, and technical leadership in various development efforts related to web portals and solutions integration.

Sanglier is also dedicated to community service and has volunteered at the Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department.

Fabien Sanglier pursued their education in the field of Computer Science, beginning with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from IUT Cachan at Paris XII University in France, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Following this, they went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the Centre d'Etudes supérieures industrielles (CESI) in Paris, France, which they completed from 2000 to 2003.
