Paul Hackett

Paul Hackett has over 30 years of work experience in various IT roles. Paul most recently worked as the IT Director at Software Concepts International, LLC, where they reconfigured the company's hyperconverged technology array and redesigned the backup infrastructure, improving performance and reliability.

Prior to that, Paul served as the Senior Information Technology Manager at Stratus Technologies for five years. In this role, they successfully managed the annual technology budget, led the Microsoft Office 365 project rollout, and conducted IT training sessions. Paul also consolidated storage and implemented an automated monitoring system for servers, among other accomplishments.

Before joining Stratus Technologies, Paul worked at Horizon House Publications as a Senior Tech Support Engineer, where they upgraded computers and provided training and support. Paul also acted as an IT manager during supervisor absences.

Paul began their career at DONELAN'S SUPERMARKETS, INC as a Store Manager, where they managed a team and provided support for on-site POS equipment.

Paul Hackett has obtained multiple certifications and completed various educational programs throughout their career. Paul has received an MBA Certificate from Northeastern University, specializing in MBA Fundamentals. Additionally, they have completed a Project Management program at Boston University, as well as a Project Management Certification from Villanova University. Moreover, Paul has obtained a Certificate in Retail Food Management from Becker College. Paul has also acquired the ICF ACC certification from Erickson Coaching International and the International Coach Federation. In terms of additional certifications, Paul has completed a Certificate in Mastering Project Management from Villanova University, a Toastmaster Competent Communicator certification from Toastmasters International, and a certification as a 7 Habits of Highly Effective People trainer from FRANKLIN COVEY CO.
