Tanya Ugarte

Tanya Ugarte has a long and varied work experience. In 2018, they began working as the Director of Business Operations for Software Contract Solutions, Inc. and as a Business Consultant for Roll Digital. In 2013, they took on the role of Associate Director of Business Development for EmpoweredU, where they promoted their online platform and services to champion student success and enhance classroom excellence. Tanya was also the Admissions Manager for EmpoweredU, where they recruited and assisted students through the registration process and conducted student information sessions. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Hall Equities Group. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Senior Enrollment Advisor for University of Phoenix, where they advised over 50 students per day and provided excellent customer service. In 2008, they were an Enrollment Advisor for Ashford University, where they conducted student appointments and disseminated course and program information. Finally, in 2006, they were a 5th Grade Co-Teacher for Brookline Unified School District.

Tanya Ugarte's education history includes a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Simmons University, which they completed in 2007. Tanya earned their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simmons University in 2006. In 2011 and 2012, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
