Stanislav Gants

Stanislav Gants is an experienced technical architect currently at Software Country since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading two development teams and ensuring product alignment with customer needs and technical capabilities. Prior to this role, Stanislav served as a team lead at Arcadia Inc. from August 2016 to April 2022, managing teams of various sizes and overseeing feature development, customer communication, and mentorship. Stanislav began the career as a software engineer at Ingenico Group from September 2014 to May 2016, contributing to client-server applications and CRM system integration. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in IT from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, attained between 2008 and 2014.
