Philip Winston

Philip Winston has been a Software Engineer for 25 years working in diverse fields such as CAD, haptics, video games, military simulations, and neuroscience research. Today he does consulting and contracting through his own company, Tobeva Software. Philip is a graduate of Harvey Mudd College and lives with his family in Winchester, Virginia.
